Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice by weddingringdirect.co.uk. None of the following terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

Our secure server software encrypts all your financial information. We do not know your credit card information , it is only at the clearing bank that your details are de-crypted. We take information about you ie; your name and address, phone number, email address to enable us to process your order. We do not pass your details on to a third party.When you go to the page where you enter your card details you will see a Secpay/Thawte sign. Click on this sign and you will see we have a secure up to date SSL. This means you can have the confidence to buy on this trusted site.

When you place an order with weddingringdirect.co.uk you will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm your purchase and  how much you have paid. If there is a delay you will be contacted regarding delivery. You will be given the option of waiting or  given a full refund  if you choose not to wait.

Deliveries within the U.K. will be sent by " Royal Mail Special Delivery" .You will be notified by email the day before to arrange delivery and ensure some one is there to take receipt of your parcel. There are two delivery address boxes, the first must be the cardholder's address where the credit card is registered and the second can be used if you would like your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Payments by cheque must be cleared prior to despatch, these can be delivered to a different address if required.


If there is a delay to your order you will be emailed with the option to cancel and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.

We guarantee satisfaction.If you are not delighted with your purchase you can return the item/s within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the event of any complaint, first notify us as quickly as possible by email, quoting your reference number and stating the problem. If your purchase has been damaged or is incorrect , item/s should be returned using insured post for replacement or refund. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if it is our error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Jewellery especially engraved or made to order are non-returnable. So please make sure you have sized your finger correctly and any engraving you require is written clearly and spellings are checked.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an  email to you confirming the following

  • Exactly what you have ordered
  • Any comments you have added
  • Total cost including postage

Your purchase will come in an attractive presentation box. If you have purchased "His n Hers" wedding rings they will come in a double box. All items will be protectively wrapped. If you should need to return the goods please make sure they are returned in their original packaging to prevent any damage in transit.
